How do I prepare for my rental?

Mow your grass 1-2 days prior and remove any grass clippings, leaves, rocks, animal droppings or sticks. Ensure a clear path at least 4 feet wide to the setup location. At least a 20 amp circuit with nothing else on it is required for each blower. Setup area must be within 50 feet of the outlet.

When will you arrive at my event?

That depends on a few factors. The time required for setup, what our schedule looks like that day, etc. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day or for large event setups we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. We work with you in order to provide the best service possible. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Does the standard 5 hour rental time include your set up time?

No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time. (Sometimes you receive additional time at no cost to you on busy weekends with multiple pickups.)

Does the price include setup and delivery?

The price includes setup, tear down and delivery within Bismarck/Mandan/Lincoln city limits. If you are outside of this area then setup and tear down are included but a delivery fee will be added. That fee is $2 a mile, 1 way. So if you live 10 miles outside of city limits, you will be charged $20, not for each trip.

Can you set up in a park?

Yes we can but keep in mind many parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park you may need to rent a generator. We have generators available to rent. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day and/or reserve your

spot if you can. Just remember to give details like shelter number and park name.

What surfaces can you set up on?

We can set up on grass, dirt, asphalt or concrete, as well as indoors. Additional fees are added for dirt, asphalt or concrete, and indoor setups because sandbags are required to hold down the inflatable. We do not setup on rocks, gravel, or similar surfaces that could damage the inflatables.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and Venmo/Cashapp. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
